Assessments Online (SAMAView)

To access SAMAView, users are required to register/create an account - either as a Public User (Public Account) or a Commercial User (Organization Account). Generating reports from this site requires the use of Credits.

Public User Account

General public/non-commercial users have free access to:

Browse and search the map;
View basic pop-up data on the map;
View general property overviews;
Compare property assessments; and,
Create a list of "favourite" properties for easy access in the future.

These users also receive 25 Credits per revaluation cycle. These credits are only used when ordering a property report - at a rate of one Credit per report.

Commercial User Account

Commercial users, like realtors, banks, fee appraisers or corporate clients, are required to purchase a subscription for general SAMAView usage like searching and comparing properties, looking at maps, as well as Credits for ordering property reports directly through SAMAView.

Commercial Lite Subscription ($285.00 per year subscription + GST )

Includes 25 Credits per user
Initially a Single User Account with the ability to add as many additional users as required (cost per additional user $285.00 + GST)
Access to Property Reports (1 Credit each)

Commercial Detailed Subscription ($790.00 per year subscription + GST):

Includes 100 Credits per user
Initially a Single User Account with the ability to add as many additional users as required (cost per additional user $790.00 + GST)
Access to Property Reports (1 Credit each)
Access to Detailed Property Reports (1 Credit each)

To upgrade a subscription from Commercial Lite to Commercial Detailed, or to add more users to an account, contact us directly.

Trouble Activating or Logging In To Your Account?

Some fixes for common issues include:

Are you using a supported browser? Supported browsers for MySAMA are Chrome, Edge (v. 115 or higher) and Safari.
Clear/delete the browser cache. See your browser privacy settings to delete browser cache data
Try logging in on a different device. If you are able to log in on another device, check with your tech support team / IT department or Internet Service Provider
