Order Detailed Property Reports
Detailed Property Reports for the current roll year are available to purchase from SAMA, in hard copy or .pdf file, at the following prices (plus GST):
- first 100 records - $23.00 per record
- next 1,000 records - $6.00 per record
- next 1,500 records - $3.50 per record
- next 10,000 records - $1.15 per record
- next 15,000 records - $0.60 per record
- next 85,000 records - $0.15 per record
- next records - $0.06 per record
Detailed Property Reports for previous years (historical) are available to purchase from SAMA, in hard copy or .pdf file, for $35.00 per report (plus GST). These fees are applicable to all requests made through SAMA offices. Detailed Property Reports are selected by legal land description and municipal unit. Please submit this information when ordering.
Other Detailed Property Information
Other detailed property data is available for purchase through SAMA such as market reports, improved sales lists, vacant land sales lists, sales lists for additional neighbourhoods or stratifications, or other information.

How to Interpret Detailed Property Reports for Agricultural Land
The following is a sample of a Detailed Property Report for agricultural land. It is provided as an interactive tool for interpreting some of the codes and abbreviations on a typical report. Descriptions of these codes and abbreviations (highlighted in red) are provided in the series of drop-down boxes below the sample report.
The descriptions have been written using non-technical terms wherever possible. As such, they may differ from the definitions found in the Saskatchewan Assessment Manual. When comparing the wording it is important to note that the definitions in the manual have the force of regulation while the definitions on this website are provided for information purposes only.
