The following is a sample of a Detailed Property Report for agricultural land. It is provided as an interactive tool for interpreting some of the codes and abbreviations on a typical report. Descriptions of these codes and abbreviations (highlighted in red) are provided in the series of drop-down boxes below the sample report.
The descriptions have been written using non-technical terms wherever possible. As such, they may differ from the definitions found in the Saskatchewan Assessment Manual. When comparing the wording it is important to note that the definitions in the manual have the force of regulation while the definitions on this website are provided for information purposes only.
Please note: A cross section of abbreviations found on an Detailed Property Profile Reports are used in this example. A complete listing of rates and definitions can be found in the Saskatchewan Assessment Manual. View purchasing options for the Saskatchewan Assessment Manual.
